Ludo night

Getting your score book ready…

How to keep score

Use Ludo night when your family wants to remember who won across several games. Add two to four players and give the session a name. Play with your physical board or another agreed version of Ludo; this page records completed games. It does not move tokens, roll dice or decide whether a particular capture was allowed.

At the end of a game, tap its winner. That single tap adds one win and advances the game count. Everyone else receives zero for that entry. You do not need to press Save afterwards. If a player taps twice by accident, Undo removes the extra entry without resetting the evening’s earlier results.

The default session covers five games. You can choose a different number, a wins target or no limit in Target & house rules before the first result. A five-game evening can end in a tie when different players split the wins. The tracker keeps that shared result rather than inventing an extra game or tie-break.

Agree your Ludo house rules before the dice roll. Families differ about opening a token, extra rolls, safe squares, blocks and what counts as a finish. Keep those choices consistent across the session. The Khel Kitab Ludo guide explains a starter version and the variations to discuss before the first disagreement appears.

Use Rounds to correct an older winner. Selecting another player moves that game’s single win to the right row, while later games remain recorded. Undo can also reverse the correction itself. There are no second-place or third-place points in this preset; choose Kuch bhi if your group wants a separate placement-scoring system.

Share opens a preview of the standings with names and win totals, ready for WhatsApp or a Story image. Saved sessions remain on this browser when storage is available. Optional Khandaan statistics count the finished game-night session as one result. They do not claim that a manually entered win came from a verified online Ludo match.
