Getting your score book ready…

How to keep score

Create two score rows, either for two singles players or for two doubles partnerships. Enter the names your group recognises and choose a session name. This page keeps the result of a real carrom board; it does not play shots or settle fouls. The separate Carrom Strike browser game has its own rules.

Choose twenty-five or twenty-nine points in Target & house rules before saving the first board. Both choices here run as agreed house matches to a points target. The counter does not automatically apply an eight-board limit, tournament tie-break, penalty ending or every federation rule. Decide those details before the first break.

After a board finishes, choose its winner and count the opponent’s coins still on the board. Enter one to nine coins. Those coins supply the basic board points. Only the winning side receives points in this entry; the other side receives zero. Confirm the result together before choosing Save round.

The optional queen bonus adds three points. Check the bonus only when your table awards it to the winner, then confirm that the queen was properly covered. The counter rejects a bonus with no cover confirmation. Pocketing the queen alone is not enough: the required own-colour cover must have been completed under your agreed rules.

The federation rules described in Khel Kitab also restrict queen points when a winner began the board at twenty-two or more. This house counter leaves that eligibility decision with you: omit the bonus when it does not apply. For unusual penalties or a different points-carrom version, settle the outcome first or use Kuch bhi.

Rounds lets you correct the winner, remaining coins and queen details together. The derived score updates without leaving an old queen note attached to a new total. Undo reverses the latest score change. When either side reaches the selected target, the standings show the result and the shared session can contribute to your optional Khandaan history.
